David Varga is one of New York’s most inspired and innovative composers. Classically trained, he writes both acoustic and electronic music in many different styles (rock, pop, orchestral, large and small ensemble, world, hip hop, etc.) for different areas of the media. He is also an accomplished, Emmy Award winning film and video editor who has worked on a long list of significant TV and film productions. Several shows David has worked on have won Emmys. His background in audio engineering, audio editing, and music give him an advantage as an editor. A sampling of his work is showcased on this site.
CLIPS AND SAMPLES
This sampling of his music composition and editing includes broadcast television and cable TV, independent film, documentaries, commercials and music videos. Also interactive projects such as video games, various forms of multi media and theater. Not everything he has worked on is present here. Some projects are difficult to obtain. Also, he has worked on an extensive number of jobs. This fact makes it impractical to include everything.
